Programming Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy is designed to ensure fairness, equal access, and respect towards the time the team at Palmar collective puts into making this happen.

1. Refunds will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable. 

2. To reschedule a session, participants must make a cancellation 7 days in advance and sign up for a session with open spots. Palmar Collective cannot accommodate rescheduling without prior notice due to session capacity constraints.

3. The money collected from cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled session will go towards:

•  Paying instructors and cover gear rental if the spot is not filled by another participant.

• Donated towards our equity programming.

4. If your session gets canceled or postponed due to weather conditions or other reasons stablished by Palmar Collective, you will be given the choice to get a refund or donate towards the Palmar Collective Fund.
